At LabIn, we value your trust and strive to ensure you’re fully satisfied with every purchase. Please review our return and refund guidelines below:


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items received.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Custom-made or embroidered uniforms (with names, logos, or department prints) cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective.

2. Return Request Timeline

  • You must raise a return request within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

3. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact our support team via email or phone.
  • Once your request is approved, you’ll receive instructions for product pickup or shipping.
  • The returned item will be inspected before a refund or replacement is processed.

4. Refund Policy

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and verify the returned item.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
  • In case of COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer after confirmation.

5. Exchange Option

  • Exchanges are available for size issues only, provided the product is unused and in perfect condition.
  • Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized uniforms, embroidered clothing, and accessories such as ID cards, lab coats, and safety gear are non-returnable.
