1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items received.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
- Custom-made or embroidered uniforms (with names, logos, or department prints) cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective.
2. Return Request Timeline
- You must raise a return request within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Requests made after this period may not be accepted.
3. Return Process
- To initiate a return, please contact our support team via email or phone.
- Once your request is approved, you’ll receive instructions for product pickup or shipping.
- The returned item will be inspected before a refund or replacement is processed.
4. Refund Policy
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and verify the returned item.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
- In case of COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer after confirmation.
5. Exchange Option
- Exchanges are available for size issues only, provided the product is unused and in perfect condition.
- Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.
6. Non-Returnable Items
- Customized uniforms, embroidered clothing, and accessories such as ID cards, lab coats, and safety gear are non-returnable.
