1. Order Processing
- All confirmed orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment verification.
- Custom or bulk orders (with embroidery or branding) may take 7–10 business days for processing, depending on the design and quantity.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
2. Shipping Locations
- We currently ship across India through reliable courier and logistics partners.
- For bulk or institutional orders, we also assist in coordinated delivery to multiple addresses upon request.
3. Delivery Time
- Standard delivery time is 5–10 business days, depending on your location.
- Rural or remote areas may require additional delivery time.
- Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details via email or SMS.
4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping costs are calculated based on location, order weight, and quantity at checkout.
- Free shipping may be available on selected offers or bulk orders.
5. Delays or Issues
- While we strive to deliver on time, unforeseen delays due to weather, logistics, or supplier issues may occur.
- LabIn will not be held responsible for delays caused by courier companies or events beyond our control.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
- If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- We’ll coordinate with the courier service to resolve the issue or arrange a replacement.
